This is advance notice that the Proud AGM will take place at 13.00 on Friday 19 March 2010 at PCS Clapham. A calling notice, together with appropriate forms for nominations and motions, has now been issued.

The forms are also available for download below.

Nominations and motions will only be accepted on the correct forms. Postal votes will be made available for those that need them.

Given the amount of notice given, we do not anticipate any Baxter Hoare travel requests. Advances can be applied for where necessary.
