PCS are organising a series of half day seminars looking at Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs) on 14/09/10, 28/09/10, 12/10/10, 26/10/10 & 24/10/10. These are the details from the PCS London & South East Region website:
The Seminar will cover equality law and how this can be used to assess the impact movements of staffs / redundancies can have on minority groups and the pressure that can be brought on employers / government to take this data into account before deciding on redundancies. The seminars will be run by Lorna Campbell, PCS Equality Officer.
